Trainer Qunling

Guys and girls, meet Qunling – an old friend back from high school who has turned from scout trainer to fitness trainer.

His motto: Live life, stay strong!

He preaches interval training, which is perfect for those who don’t have the time or money to go to the gym. You don’t have to lift a single piece of iron to get the body you desire.

I’m not just advertising him here just because he’s my friend. He’s the real deal. Why? Because he CHALLENGED himself to get fit in 16 weeks. Follow the link and you can see his before and after photo. The photos are 1000x more real than those slimming program ads you read about on the newspaper.

Also, he practices calorie counting. Sounds hardcore, but it isn’t really. Once you get the hang of it, you can roughly gauge how much calories you consume a day.

On a sad note, despite my monk-ish diet and hardcore training, he seems to have achieved results faster than me(yes i’ve been secretly competing with him haha). But i understand that everyone has a different metabolic rate and with cheap booze over here its hard for me to keep up =P

So guys and girls, once again – Trainer Qunling.

Especially girls- Ought to give it a shot. You can get lean without becoming all muscular.
